Deep Sanctuary is a 1200 sq ft creative workspace inside Halloween Adventure on Broadway. A lower-level studio nestled underneath the iconic Halloween Adventure store, available for daily rental by working artists, designers, fabricators, and makers. Quiet. Atmospheric. Yours for the day. We thoughtfully curate our guests and collaborators. Deep Sanctuary is a curated creative environment. Inquiries are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All rates are introductory founding prices. Book a single zone for focused solo work, or expand across the full space for production days and larger projects.

Accessed by a grand staircase from the ground level of the Halloween Store. Deep Sanctuary occupies a portion of the lower level. Halloween Adventure is one of Manhattan’s most storied costume and theatrical supply destinations. The atmosphere is unlike any other rental space in the city.
The space is divided into 3 bookable zones. Rent one zone for a focused solo session, or expand across multiple zones for larger projects, fittings, or small crew work.
This is a working studio, built for artists who need a serious private environment to create without distraction.
The Full Sanctuary

The entire lower level is yours. A sweeping 1,200 sq ft of raw, atmospheric production space - open floor plan, theatrical lighting grid and access to both private and open zones. Two movable wall sections, chairs, tables, quirky mirrors, and clothing racks are available upon request. Ideal for film & TV production days, fashion shoots, ensemble rehearsals, large workshops, and immersive events.
Includes the Grand Aisle, all zones, 1,2 and 3. We welcome inquiries from aligned creatives.
